Ji Qian, PhD The Executive Director of Biotechnology Center of Fudan University, the Vice President of Fudan-Taizhou Institute of Health Science and a research fellow of Fudan-Zhuhai Institute of Innovation. A young fellow of the Committee of Cancer Molecular Marker in China Anticancer Association. The Executive Director of the Precision Medicine Branch of China Health Management Association. Dr. Qian has directed and participated in more than 10 research items, including those approved by Natural Science Foundation of China, "863" Project, "973" Project, Special Project for Precision Medicine, which was established by Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and several items from Shanghai Key Research and Development Project. Dr. Qian has published more than 120 academic papers, 10 of which were published in top-level journals, such as Nature, Nature Genetics, AJHG, and PLOS Genetics in the area of genetics. As the head of Biotechnology Center of Fudan University, his main responsibility is to research and develop novel biomedical techniques, especially gene testing, editing and therapeutic techniques, and to translate them into to FDA-approved diagnostic and therapeutic products.
